For the most part, the software uses the idea that your information is kept in lists, and you have the ability to add (insert), edit (change), and delete any item in any list.
The lists are presented in Browse windows. you have a list of Contact Categories which you will use when you add or maintain your list of Contacts. Notice the three buttons which allow you to maintain any item in the list.
When you click on the Insert button, you can add a new item to the list. In most cases, the Insert and Change buttons will open up a form for you to complete. In the above example, no form is needed since there is only one field to complete for each item: the category name.
